Oh it's charity week! As far as we are aware, alhamdulillah charity week is now back in town!!! This is gooooood news innit? It's our chance to give. It's the chance to bersihkan our harta harta itu with keberkatan. It's another chance to make others smile! It's oneof the sunnah!
It's soooooo beautiful, Rasulullah SAW is most famous for this. Don't you know? Especially in the month of Ramadhan, where in this one hadith, Rasulullah SAW will be more pemurah than a blowing wind. Subhanallah! Meringakan beban seorang muslim itu sudah menjadi sedeqah. Even removing one bit of ranting kayu that blocks people's way is another charity.
Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. bersabda : Tangan yang di atas (orang yang memberi) itu lebih baik daripada tangan yang di bawah (yang menerima).
So here you go, Warwick ISOC has managed to arrange this kind of thing for a charity week!

Charity Week is one week in the year, where Islamic societies, colleges and schools from across the country unite to raise money for orphans and needy children around the world!

Last year Warwick ISoc raised 5000 pounds, lets break this record so we can help even more children!!!

- Bucket collection around campus (10 am till 4 pm)
-Our ISoc Wolverine mascot will be going to lecture theatres for collecting charity!
Tuesday 2nd Nov:
-Krispy Kreme sales outside Prayer Hall (if permission granted)
-Bucket collection around campus (10 am till 4pm)
Wednesday 3rd Nov:
-Play Station 3 Football tournament!
-Traditional Photoshoot at Piaza
-Bucket Collection (10 am till 4 pm)
Thursday 4th Nov:
-5 a side Men's Football match
-Talk on "Jesus and Moses (PBUT) in Islam followed by charity collection
Friday 5th Nov:
-Sister's Charity Fashion Show
-Halwa puri breakfast at Prayer Hall
Saturday 6th Nov:
-Sister's open house (hosted by Ayesha).

Make sure we don't miss this chance. Oh another sharing: Sedeqah boleh menghindarkan su'ul khotimah. What's su'ul khotimah? Kesudahan yang tidak baik. Don't we just love it to meet Allah in our fitrah? As someone who has faith? To meet Allah in the best way possible. Insha Allah.Hayati liriknya. Even a smile brothers and sisters.
Oh smile is another act of charity. Let that big smile decorate our faces from now on!!!! Oh hopefully not just a week for that. But, lets make it till the end of our life. This reminds me of one story called "Laskar Pelangi" and a quote in that story that insha Allah would encourage us to give.
"Hiduplah untuk memberi sebanyak-banyak nya bukan untuk meminta sebanyak-banyaknya"
